Impact Circle – Unlocking Expertise for Social Impact

Beyond financial giving, our community includes entrepreneurs, founders, professionals, and senior leaders who bring decades of experience across various sectors. Through the Impact Circle, this expertise is made accessible to nonprofits seeking practical solutions to organisational challenges.

The LMP Impact Circle exists to close a simple gap: nonprofits often navigate technical, strategic, and operational challenges alone, while our community holds deep, hard-won expertise across exactly these areas - this initiative just builds the bridge between them. With 29 promisors on board across 11 domains of expertise, we've built a live system that matches NGO requests to the right person, ensuring support is timely, relevant, and sustained - not a one-off connection, but an ongoing engine for the 10 nonprofits already tapping into it.

One of the LMP initiatives that really excited me was Impact Circle. It facilitates opportunities to engage with NGOs beyond just funding bringing our skills, networks, and knowledge to help solve real, on-the-ground challenges. It’s a deeply immersive and enriching way to experience the social sector.

Impact we hope to create

Every nonprofit encounters challenges that cannot be solved by funding alone. By connecting social sector leaders with experienced professionals, the Impact Circle aims to strengthen organisations, improve decision-making, and help nonprofits build the systems they need to create lasting impact.
